Could be Mariners as well. Could we see Junior as a boss? Maybe a new Mariners legend, played SS?
We saw Jr as a boss last year. They're going to switch up how we get him this year.
Plus, pre-release they'll do #GriffeyWeek again.
That's true, forgot about them not recycling bosses. I don't think Edgar is boss level at this point in the year, mainly due to fielding. I wonder if there are still new legends to reveal, I forget when the last showed up last year.
Would love to see A-Rod drop next week, but I know he is a game seller, so I doubt they release him in August.

So, with them not repeating bosses, do we think we get a 99 Honus as a boss at some point?

Since its something in the water it is possibly predicting a shark map plus for the bosses three teams where they are water based (marlins, rays, mariners)

Did I miss posts on this? I thought this forum would be all over this. So, I guess the mythical shark map is on its way. Maybe a marlins player too. What do we think?
Also, if you don’t know what I’m talking about it’s on the schedule for next inning release.
Posted about this yesterday. My guess isn’t the shark map, it’s that it may be future stars. Somethings in the water possibly meaning the saying “somethings in the water where they grow them” I.e. all the young talent incoming. There’s still 3 top prospects that haven’t gotten a future stars card yet. Adley, Franco, and Pearson.

I would say so.

Rays: Price
Marlins: Stanton
Mariners: Griffey? -
It's a Baby Ruth.

Next week is "Shark Week" it'll be some sort of shark map, that is all.
If the Trout collection taught us anything it's, keep your expectations low and you'll never be disappointed. -
A souped up jeff samardzija?

I think it’s pretty much guaranteed we see Honus as a boss because of that “totally mint” nameplate or whatever its called.

I agree. Since they're not repeating bosses from last year, Honus is one of the few elite 99 guys who would fit as a boss. I think we'll also see Mays as a boss not too far down the road.

With that football game people play dropping soon, I expect big content drops to keep people here instead of there.
-
Yeah, next week will see one of the big bosses drop. They wanna keep as many people from Madden as possible. It never works, but they always try. I say Willie Mays is one of the bosses dropped Friday. Maybe even Kershaw.
-
This seems like it should have been the clue for last week.

Sharks in the water. Our shark.
We’re gonna need a big get boat.Jeff Smardjia boss card incoming.
