It should be a little bit lol. He is still free and you get packs, stubs, xp, and other cards. HOF isn't actually that difficult. I'm surprised there aren't any legend games. Be happy the cards are free everyone!

Do you have any tips you can share as I assume you already have it done.

I'm at 30/100 but did almost all of the HOF games and only lost once. Be patient hitting. Use pitchers with good per/9s. Throw sliders out of the zone. The computer usually chases those. Sit fastball hitting as well

I was up 7-1 in the 9 inning HOF game, bases loaded and the CPU had Zach Britton pitching. I brought in a pinch hitter, 99 George Springer with 124 power versus lefties. I get a sinker right down the middle and I hit a perfect/perfect flyball. Died at the track. I guess the CPU figured my lead was large enough as it was, that's the only rational explanation I could come up with.

That sounds like my last ranked season game, except it was the whole game lol

I'm done now after getting to 60/100 last night.
Seriously just bunt cheese get a lead and pitch fastballs up and in and sliders away with your best k/9.

Like 8 hours last night maybe 3 today. I did all the hof stuff first last night and just left myself the all star games to play.

This is a serious question....
Do you just hold triangle to bunt and point the right stick in the direction of the 2nd baseman?

You aim towards the right prior to the pitch then start the bunt as the pitch comes to the plate in order to "drag" bunt. Use Jackie its pretty easy. Then swipe second on the third pitch to the next hitter ans try to get him home in the next two batters. Its not 100% but i only neeeded 1 run in 90% of my games.

Thanks, I might give that a shot.
You ran an all speed lineup?
Now power at all? Mantle and Davis are speed guys I guess -
I agree with the bunt and steal strategy. I took out my power guys and subbed in speed guys and I’m playing small ball, just murdering the CPU now on these HOF games.

But doesn't aiming towards the right prior to the pitch with the right joystick influence a "Push" bunt? And when you start the bunt as the pitch comes to the plate, are you aiming towards the right with your left joystick or right joystick still? I've only seen people push bunt towards the right side against me. And if and when I do bunt, I always drag bunt towards the left side where the ball just dies down the line. Just trying to figure out if drag bunting is even possible to the right side.

I’m an average player at best and I didn’t find it to be too challenging just time consuming. The only one I failed once was the NL East HOF game. The AS games are cake and I just quick pitch through them with a combo of Glasnow, Chapman and Rivera. As many have said I do keep speed on my bench in the case that a game is closed and I need to get in scoring position. But like I said it definitely is a bit of grind time wise

I’m an average player as well. I found it easy but a grind as well. I just can’t stand people complaining about how it is hard to get a FREE Babe Ruth and other stuff
