Any way to skip starting game after install?

Hard drive in my PS4 failed so I replaced it and restored my saves from the cloud. After installing MLB the show 19, the game insists on forcing me to be a pitcher in some demo game or something. Is there a way to skip this?

Actually I think it's doing that while it installs the updates. Prolly will skip once everything is installed. I seem to recall they let you play while it installs.

First it installs enough to let you play that demo game (about 10GB), then it installs the rest in the background.
