One game, turn on 99 easily. Next game get 93 blown by me. Amazing how the higher you go, the more [censored] connections you run into. I can't throttle my internet to be that bad or I would.
Can't turn on anything
Ball goes no where when you hit it
Either a ball or right down the middle
Weak hits by opponentAll I got to see in the first inning to know this connection sucks and I have little chance to win. Opponent just has to be miserable and not be able to hit a ball down the middle. My teenage daughter can do that. There are many more signs if you actually want to keep playing. I can pick those 4 up in the 1st inning. Some like fielding bs and opposing pitchers dotting with terrible control pitchers especially late in the game.

I do. I have 174 disconnects this year. Not sure I've ever had more than 5. Tells you what I think of this game. I stopped taking this game seriously in April. Now, I just usually try out different cards especially in the lower ranks. Gorman has been one of my best hitters but Brett has to be in the lineup since I don't care about my record. However, I'm down to 5k stubs now.
This stuff happens in the lower ranks too but you can usually overcome it but the higher you go, they don't miss the non-stop cookies.

Yep. When I am turning on 99, the game doesn't last 3 innings most times. Problem is the higher you go, the more bad connections you run into. Funny how that happens.

I highly recommend reaching out to your internet provider. I was dropping games left and right and later after a phone call with my provider (Spectrum) learned they changed something systematically and my line needed a physical change. A new filter was installed a few days later and I have had no problems since then.

I highly recommend reaching out to your internet provider. Oh, I never get disconnected due to internet. Those are my quits this year. Most before I even throw a pitch. More fun to do dailies down in the lower ranks. Those are my most fun games. Things like score 3 runs with silver infielders.

Yea, people like skepple with their magic internet think the game plays great. The day you scored like crazy, the people with the magic internet get that feeling every game. Must be fun.
Just had disconnect 175. More pitches right down the middle even on perfect releases. Funny how that happens on basically every ws player. No wonder they hit .350. Game puts everything on a tee. I'm hitting .300 with pitchers like Wood dotting corners.

Stop playing online! Good Lord why is this so difficult for people to understand here? Playing online is not as good as offline play. Just accept it if you are going to play online. Whining about it won't do anything since it's been like this ever since the game freaking went online.

You’re not wrong. For me though, I don’t really have much interest in playing offline. I do the moments and conquests to unlock cards to use them online. This is only the second year I’ve played the game, but it’s excruciating. The online play is so inconsistent that, win or lose, I just feel bad after playing. I can’t imagine how people have played this game year in and year out. I will say that last year didn’t have nearly the discrepancies with pitch speeds and timing windows. It’s really the only game I want to play, but unless they do something to make online play more consistent, I think (hope) I’m done after this year.

Just played another ws player with Rhode Island in his name. I am in fn Missouri. Why am I playing people halfway across the U.S.? It makes for a [censored] playing experience. Non-stop pitches down the middle again, 40 speed Buster Posey gets a triple because my outfielder wants to look at the ball on the ground instead of picking it up, 2 fielding errors, Hershiser looking like he is throwing 110. If you don't deal with these issues, you should probably be quiet. Many people do. It is a HUGE problem in this game. SDS' day will come. Why do you think after all these years they are finally going cross platform? It is because the product sucks and they are not making the money they used to. People are getting fed up with it. SDS hasn't adjusted the one thing they need to in order to make this a fair and level playing field.
I used to spend extra money on this game even with the issues. I haven't spent any additional money and won't. Offline is extremely boring but at least the bs isn't near as bad.
