These all star games seem harder than the HOF. I beat 2 HOF no problem and just barely won an extra innings game on all star lol. I’m enjoying using Posada, Gagne, Hornsby, and Lofton. Gagne is ok so far. Needs more control over slider. Lofton and Hornsby are great and posada is decent

Only issue I’ve noticed with Gagne is that he still only has 3 speed with 5 pitches. The splitter is pretty useless cause it’s the same velo as the vulcan change and it’s gotta have worse break and control.

I wish these were not moment games so that TA stats counted.

Not a headache, I enjoy TA grinds and been very efficient at it. I always try and get as many things done as I can at once. Playing games against the cpu is a lot more fun where there are side goals (such as XBH with cardinals)

these are technically moments so you do not get any other stats during moments. I guess that's where we are different I hate playing the computer

I know, that’s what I said. I probably won’t be doing these either. If we got stats I might have.

Its funny how this game works. I sold a bunch of Posadas last year for 500K each, when he was a 12-0 reward. This is the exact same card and now he's 25K. I mean I obviously understand the difference in supply and demand but it's still very amusing that last year he was THE catcher most people wanted but couldn't get, and this year most people will probably ignore him.

You don't want 99 babe ruth, 99 tom seaver, 96 hoffman and a bunch of packs, xp and stubs? To each their own.

It's super easy to boot. I've already beat all the HOF games, just boringly grinding out 3 inning games on AS.

Good part being moment is you can quit if not going well and just restart ... positive with lack of TA negative

I probably will, slowly. Don’t really need anything right now, and playing less I would rather spend the time playing online with Mantle, Trout and company

Hornsby has been my MVP during these moments. Small sample size but i don't see him ever leaving my lineup

Yup, people want what they can't have. And when it's available, they don't care because it's not exotic enough. As if the rarity of a card makes it perform better.

Finished the 30 teams on All-Star. I really wish I could see my stats for the games. Seriously, Rogers Hornsby far and away my MVP. It’s ridiculous how well he’s hit the ball.

I’ve been running kind of a platoon squads depending on if I’m facing RHP or LHP. Only two guys start in both and it’s Hornsby and Mantle as a switch hitter. Hornsby has been so good. Thome and Grandal have hit some big homers. Mantle and Musial have been OK. Gwynn has been a rock at the top of the lineup. And my pitching Has hardly given up any runs using a mix of guys.

I restarted twice after Carew and Blackmon hit leadoff homers. I lost one game playing through (Rockies) and that was probably my fault all the way. Will get started on the HOF games tomorrow and hope it goes as well. I’m optimistic with how I’ve been hitting.

Anyway, Hornsby is the truth. Get him.

I played a guy in Ranked the other day who beat me with pretty much just Hornsby. I think the score 14-11 or something like that. His Hornsby went 5 for 5, 5 homers, 8 RBI's (1 grand slam). It didn't matter where I threw the ball... I left one middle in but the rest were all great pitches too.. He jacked one that was low and away and sinking out of the zone, I don't even think the PCI can get there actually, but he did.

Seaver and Hoffman alone are worth the grind.
