I opened the choice pack on TSN and couldn’t get a card

I hit view item on Eric Gagne then hit to go back then I could not reopen the pack. I do not have any of the cards in the beach ball pack

Same thing happened to me, I chose Posada and Gagne on the CP but now that I open up the game I don’t have either

Happened to me last week with a pack, logon from a pc and you will be able to choose your card -
