Yeah, I see what you mean. Darvish is even more allergic to strikes than the usual moments pitcher.
Good news is that I finally hit a Hr and a single with Lux. Bad news is that deGrom on allstar might be better to face than Nuke Darvish on veteran.

Also, if you finish all the moments it only brings you to 90 points.....and you need 100. Do you have to do the conquest or collect the other guys?

You have to collect 6 of the 7 players I believe.

5 pts each for beating Tampa Bay and Chicago on allstar......easy peasy compared to these moments nightmare. HR and double with Gallo in the first two abs. I’m thinking cool, here we go. Nope.....one strike the rest of the game. Feel like taking a [censored] in an envelope and mailing it with love to SDS.

Honestly, if the CPU walks you twice in the same single game hitting moment it should be an automatic win.

These moments were bad but there nothing compared to some of the TA 3 moments. (Ohtani I hate you)

I kind of struggle with some hitting moments, but unbelievable I passed the Smith one on the first shot.
I bought a player today to bypass the 2 games on all-star. All I need to do is the Gallo moment

Back to deGrom. Darvish will walk you 4 times.....he is not interested in your 8 tb mission.

Oh great. This really makes me want to grind these moments tomorrow as planned. Oh well I'm sure after about 15-20 attempts at each they will get done

Totally agree. Nothing worse than grinding out a 3-2 count on your last at bat chance and having no choice but to swing at a really bad pitch because a walk is worthless in most of these moments.

I never could get the Smith one done. Tried forever.

I’m still struggling with either one of these (Smith or Gallo). I usually hit pretty well on allstar challenges but I have met my match with deGrom. I just can’t react to his fb fast enough. So then I go back to Gallo and between his low contact and Darvish so seldom throwing a strike I am a bit stuck. Several times now I have hit a first ab HR with Gallo only to just get crapola to hit thr rest of the game. I really wish these moments were just allowed to play at stated difficulty with no added bs.
But, the grind continues. After the wife goes to bed tonight I plan on either finishing the Gallo moment or drinking until I don’t care that I hate Darvish.
