Great 98 Carew card. Put him at 1B and leadoff. 4 for 5 first game with a triple and 2 SB. Catalyst

Hows Carews card working for everyone? II wanted to wait a few days before I chime in. have never tried him before and his price is very feasible.
Thanks!

So just used his gold card in the event, working toward BP. OMG 2 for 2 with a hard hit double and a HR. Third AB i got walked. That is insane for for such low power, has to be the swing right? If his Diamond card hits better than his gold, this is an end game card.

If HRD Cano didn't exist, I'd be using Carew.

His defense prevents him from being end game at second, and theres too many options at first to fit him in to me. He's a great option offensively either lead off or #8 to flip the lineup over.

So, I just recently started playing online....not very good yet, but getting better. I picked up Carew during the market crash right when they announced Trout to get all of my Sig cards for about 28k. OMG. Not only is he a great leadoff hitter, the guy has hit more HR then any other player I have. He pulls the ball like nobody's buisness....his swing in amazing. He will likely be my starting 2b the rest of the year (although I just picked up HRD Cano yesterday too, so may try him out...he hits rockets)....great speed, serviceable D (make up for silver D with his speed), and power WAY beyond what the number say.....

Carew is so great. I sold him a while back and immediately regretted it, and bought him right back. I'll be keeping him until a 99 Joe Morgan comes along.
