Never, I always use X except when my pitcher comes up, then if it reaches two strikes I'll contact swing to try and foul off a couple

Normal for life. Contact when the pitcher is up.

Normal always. In every situation. No matter who is batting.

Depends on the batter/pitcher/situation. Just like real baseball. I have hit bombs using contact.

Only time I use it is sometimes for moments when you have to hit XBH/HR with weaker hitters.

Against the CPU, moments, conquest, showdowns or whatever. Always use the Power swing on veteran and rookie. If not you are swinging a wet noddle. H2H normal swing for sure. I have never used contact. Unless playing vs CPU and just need to get out as fast as possible. Contact swing works way better than bunt.

Power swing is the move this year. If your still normal swinging you are falling behind the times

It’s an exit velocity boost why would I say no?

The ball goes further, you get more homeruns, it lands in the gaps quicker, it flies past outfielders and beats them to the wall, it even bounces up into the air off infielders for some ground ball doubles.

One day people are gunna figure it out and fly threw showdowns instead of flying to the warning track.

Certain cards perform better utilising power swing. I use that with them, and normal otherwise. I think I've used contact 1 or 2 times.

I always use normal. Sometimes to avoid striking out with my pitcher I use contact so the pitcher doesn’t gain much confidence
