ok i thought i was just tripping. I figured secondary wouldnt be a penalty but i guess thats how it goes. So if someone was gold defense could that bring it down to silver?

Might be wrong, but I'm pretty sure accuracy gets penalized as well. Think the only thing that doesn't change is arm strength.
