Depends if your lineup needs lefties or righties. Brock has the better swing Ricky is technically the better defender but similar reaction and speed, Ricky probably gets slightly better animations.

Brock is easier to hit with. He’s 99/99 steal. He is practically free. And, when you do get his eventual replacement, you won’t feel bad for spending the massive amounts of stubs you spent on Rickey.

Rickey is one of my all time favorite players, but for that price? No.
Get Lou Brock. You won't be disappointed. He's just as fast, is a great hitter and has some sneaky pop.
