Crazy/Hilarious ways you have lost

There has got to be some good ones out there. This one just happened to me and might be my favorite. I was in extra innings and a ball gets hit to deep right field. Musial goes back to the track, he is there in plenty of time, looks up, makes no attempt to catch it, and the ball goes off the wall (not the top of the wall). It bounces back towards the field, Mantle is there. Eventually picks it up and takes a weird throwing motion as I chuck it towards home. Throw is off and Yasmani FRICKIN GRANDAL beats me with an Inside the Park Homer.

Well, I had someone attempt to friendly quit/timed out forfeit switcheroo me in my last RS.
Was tied until bottom 8th, I scored 3 runs.
Top 9, i bean his first batter with Rivera... here we go... next, his CAP hits what should be a single to left. I’m pretty sure Mantle kicks it. Musial scores, his CAP is awarded a triple.
He then grounds out to short to make it a 1 run game, and I thought he was about to hit a home run to tie it up and eventually win, but he attempted that Bush-league mess and dashboarded when Jackie popped up -
I was up 3-1 top of the 9th. Bases loaded. I throw curveball low ends up in the dirt...ball trickles away but close. Opponent makes mistake and heads for home. Throw beats runner but unfortunately pitcher was late covering home...
Runners on 2nd and third. I throw next pitch fastball and is airmailed to backstop but lands on top of cushioning/ad space etc. I run to get ball one run scores...ball is stuck on top and catcher refuses to grab it...next run scores

I had a game again the CPU in MTO, game went 18 innings of shutout ball long story short the Nats walked me off when Soto hit a pitch that was at his feet. After all my struggles all game i just had to laugh plus it was 3:30 in the morning irl when it ended so it was that or cry lol.

Every single game I lose is crazy/hilarious....every single one.

Played a game a couple weeks back.. went up big early (really surprised he didn’t quit was up like 8-1 and I even offered a FQ leading 4-1). Game Mosey along he chips away a bit... anyways I’m up 5 in the 9th.. this game should be over. My bullpen is decent, Rollie, Wagner, Chapman , the decent ones to say the least. He puts up 10(!) runs in the 9th inning. I couldn’t get 3 outs, literally emptied my bullpen after every 3 batters. Every single pitch I threw was a HR. Couldn’t throw a ball in the zone or out of the zone.
I come up, and of course proceed to hit a 2 r and 3 r HR to tie it in the 9th..
Game carries on, I literally have to use every starter I have since my bullpen is already wiped.. more back and forth, I finally lose in like the 16th inning 18-17, both have 23 hits. I’m not that good at hitting, but I have NEVER hit like that and pitched THAT BAD in a game of the show ever.
Besides the fact I got like 40K xp. I love wasting over an hour in an online game to lose. love it. Still BAFFLED I couldn’t get 3 outs with some of the best relievers in the game. 3!!!

Last week I lost an event game in a "hilarious" way. Up by 2 in the top of the third with two outs. I'm pitching and POTM Didi batting and FOTF Harmon Killebrew on first for my opponent. My opponent tries a hit and run and misses the pitch. I make a perfect throw down to second and beat the runner by a huge margin. Opponent returns to first about a foot away from Biggio who has the ball. I try and run him down but Biggio runs towards the outfield instead (mind you I was not pushing that way on the stick). Opponent turns Harmon around back to second. Biggio doesn't care to respond to input anymore and just stands there and watches Killebrew run past him while being unable to move. Finally does throw the ball to second way too late with a rainbow underhand throw. Of course the next pitch to Didi is a no doubt home run. Only time I felt justified in dashboarding since the game should have been over if not for inexplicably horrible controls. The home run only tied the game but sometimes the game gives you a clear indication of how things are going to go.

These are the games that truly exemplify the beauty of this game’s RNG factor. It’s the equivalence of Neo seeing that same black cat cross the hallway twice and him chalking it up to deja vu . You almost forget you’re in the matrix until you see it glitch. Then you remember you’re in a giant amniotic sac with tubes all in your body and none of this is real.

Craziest/funniest way I lost, I played a guy and beat him 10-3, load up into the next game but the guy I just beat is messaging me upsettttt lol, I'm the road team so I'm like oh I'll just kind of swing on 2 strike counts while I'm answering the messages, paused to go get a drink, came back and was still answering this other dudes messages, not really paying attention, forgot I had the game paused and looked up and was forfeited lol
