5k from Mantle lol

I’m sitting at 1.5m and I need Trout, DeGrom, Arenado, Verlander, and Bellinger. I know Mantle is the best card in the game but I’m having a hard time rationalizing almost 800k for those 5 cards.

It’s worth it at this point. You get those 5 players plus mantle, biggio, and Sheffield. You also get a good amount of cards for the trout collection which are no sell so those will save you stubs on that collection and you get a good chunk of stubs back and a boat load of xp. In the long run it will probably earn you more stubs and better players. Also the best part is once you get the collections done every stub you get you can spend how you want and buy top tier cards

I’m still two cards (Verlander and Cole) away from mantle, but I’ve found Sheffield to be maybe the best bat I’ve used all year. I know 800K sounds like a ton, but Sheffield, biggio, and mantle are probably worth half your stubs.

Very true, I’ve sat on these stubs for a while and haven’t bought any cards. Fortunately I’ve been able to build a 97 rated team off of inning programs, monthly programs, and team affinities.

Thanks, I’ll probably pull the trigger and try Sheffield out since I’ve been struggling to prestige Harmon Killebrew.

I finished the AL collection a month ago or so and Biggio definitely worth it. Can’t wait til I get Sheffield and Mickey

Sheffield and biggio don't even ride my bench. Mantle is great though

You also get Biggio, Sheffield, a load of XP, and an additional iirc 70k. Worth it, especially after seeing what MVP Trout requies and brings to the table.

You would also get get Mets reward Olerud, NL east Schmidt, Angels Garrett Anderson, AL west Wagner, Rockies Ottavino, Astros Nolan Ryan, Dodgers Piazza, NL west Gwynn, AL collection Biggio, NL collection Sheffield
Lots of great cards you get for free by completing those teams...so mantle isn’t the only card you’ll get plus you get the LS cards
That’s 800K for 16 diamonds including Trout, Mantle, Biggio, Sheffield. 50K each....try finding 99 diamonds like mantle for 50 K

He’s been one of my best hitters. Same with Posey. Glad I didn’t take Reggie I can’t hit with him

same. biggio and jackie swap leading off. i might take jackie out first tho. ive found a way to have biggio,jackie,and posey all on my team. but sadly jackie may come ouy
