What is this team and why do so many people play against it? It shows up as CPU in game histories with a Red Sox lineup.

It always says play core when playing against the Red Sox in a conquest game, not a specific option or mode though.

It is bizarre, and I wonder what it is exactly? Maybe a new sim engine they are testing or something.

had it in games against the Red Sox last year, in just Diamond Dynasty vs. CPU (so no Conquest as I didn't play those last year).
