Leadoff bunts in the Event

Does anyone else just roll their eyes and sigh and quietly say to themselves ...Here we go.. when your opponent tries to lay down a drag bunt on the first pitch of a free event ?

I always pause the game, and immediately put shifts on any hitter with speed in their lineup.

whats the problem to lay down a bunt if your opponent doesnt pay attention to put on a shift or proper defense. Take that free easy lead off single any time

I said this because when I face a guy drag bunting on the first pitch it's more than likely i'm gonna run into a lot of cheese. Just my opinion

Lefty vs lefty against the shift I bunt everytime if my batter has over 50 speed.

Usually just throw them out and thank them for the easy out. or every now and then they get on first and I am happy they didnt hit a tank or an extra base hit to lead off. usually they will just run themselves into an out anyways because most of those players are bad.

I don't mind I take the easy out and move on. When I see Jackie or Brock come up I put on bunt defense. Out of probably 50 bunts maybe 2 have been safe.
