All the players I see get it come back pretty quick. Didn't Freeman come back in like 10 days or so?

Out for 15 days at most yes. Not sure how many games that would be.

I jist checked the Mets schedule and it looks like only 4 off days in 60 games so 15 days will probably be 15 games unfortunately

Will Smith, Atlanta reliever, came down with asympimatically at the beginning of summer camp. I haven't heard a peep about him since. This thing can take awhile to kick.

Aroldis Chapman is also still out with it.

Soto is asymptomatic and fine. He just has to test negative twice. These players have a much bigger chance of being injured or dying on the way to the stadium than from COVID. The younger and healthier you are.....and these guys are young, and professional athletes....the less dangerous the virus is. In fact, its less dangerous than the average flu to these guys.

The information and data on COVID is being purposely suppressed to keep people panicked. Ill let you decide why.

The point is......we are making things worse by treating young healthy people like the immunocompromised. The sooner we get everyone who is capable, out and into herd immunity, the better. There is no vaccine coming. The entire world spent years working on the last SARS and they eventually gave up. Its about burning the virus out.

Usually a virus like this burns out during the last 6 weeks of summer. Between now and Labor Day, if we shelter the vulnerable, and the rest of us go out and live, we could have this thing kicked.

Just wash your hands and dont sneeze in anyones face. Youll be fine and so will the professional baseball players.

Oh, and non airtight, non sterilized, cloth masks are mostly worthless. Dont rely on them. Wear one if you want, but make the choice yourself. They are the biggest con of this entire situation. They have done nothing but cause division at a time when we need to be united. Its yours hands that are the culprit. If you are going to get infected by this virus, the next one, or the one after that, 99.9% chance its because of your hands. Gloves actually make far more sense than a mask.....but its become about everything but the science at this point.

    Be Well!

    Now Lets Play Ball.

Everybody knows Soto will be fine, some also know it isn’t about Soto, but obviously any of the managerial staff, umpires, stadium workers, and fans who are NOT a fit, young, professional athletes. Masks were never about preserving Juan Soto, it’s the other person. Players like Mike Trout don’t want teammates to look at them like Rudy Gobert who thought it was hilarious but moved the league to Disney World and couldn’t smell or taste anything for 3 months lmao.

He just produced his first negative test for covid today so it's a good step but he still has to pass 1 more i believe.

He's on my fantasy team and i want him back.
