All of a sudden, some players have a second rating with a little arrow. I can't find an explanation for this anywhere. Thanks.

Its called inside edge. Live series players get a boost or a decline based on their real life matchup

Inside Edge, it gives a boost (or negative) to live series players based on real life matchups

Inside Egde. Boost/Nerfs attributes based on IRL performance vs a specific pitcher.
