Out of all them the only one I liked is Dibble...well haven't tried Henke

Eck is another I forgot to mention, not overpowering but his Slider has 'Knee Buckler' which is nasty

I can't necessarily say that it's the best RH reliever card, but I just picked up the 95 Dellin Betances card and I really like it. His slurve is enormous and moves like no other pitch I've seen in MLBTS. The control attribute is much better than I've seen on previous Betances cards as well.
