My last few event games, I have played in hazy conditions, almost fog like.
    Why do people chose this?
Is it a troll or is there an advantage to choosing it?

I've read on here that it's supposed to be more difficult to hit in but not for me.

They say playing as away team in rain and in a major league stadium creates more lag for away team than the home. I don’t know if this is true

Really? Between that and the base running antics trying to take advantage of fielding animations, I can see why some people detest online play.

No way. Lag is equal amongst major league stadiums. That's just Little Billy's excuse to play at home every game at shippett.

If they’re playing October, 7 pm, overcast it’s because it’s standard for someone who wants to play a night game. Some stadiums it looks foggy, other stadiums it’s just dark.

Probably depends on the city. 7pm in October looks different in NY than it does in san diego

Well most games are in a made up minor league stadium so who really knows if that has an effect.

if you go back to older games like 17 it shows the elevation for each park including minor league stadiums. the two with the highest elevation are shippett and laughing mountain.. they definitely have an effect on the game...

I think it looks cool and is easier to hit in the fog. I don't usually pick it myself, but I like when my opponents do

I hate when my opponent chooses Minute Maid park. I can't see the ball out of the pitcher's hand very well there.

I know elevation has an effect. I’m saying things we don’t know like which coast these “stadiums” are supposed to be on could or could not play into the weather.

Ball travels better in summer months when it is hotter. I hate bright games so I do overcast and ball seems to fly a littler better than say October 7 PM game
