We deserve better, SDS please give us transparency.

As every day passes with shitty gameplay, I feel like SDS needs to say something now.
In the past, SDS has come out and admitted their faults on releasing a shitty product. However, this always occurs at the end of the year to save face. In an attempt to get a better understanding, I ask you (SDS) these questions in an honest attempt to gain an understanding:
What is the purpose of having a community, product betas, etc? It has become apparent that you've received ample feedback, why has it not been implemented?
Why did it take three months to fix the homerun banner? Why are outfielders still not locking on [censored]? Why does the same pci placement and timing have several different and inconsistent results? Why do I hit back-to-back home runs on early swings with my pci not near the ball, but pop out in foul territory on good/good?
These questions have been asked thousands of times and there have been no answers, and guess what, they're still going to get asked until you come out and say something. Let's do right by the community who has invested hundreds of millions of dollars into you, and give them the transparency they deserve.

They don’t care is the answer in my mind. Content has been amazing, but the little issues we have with the game amount into it being a nightmare to play.
