Even if he never officially retired he isn’t in the free agents section of the game so we should treat it as he did retire

Ya, true. Because he hadn't been signed to a major league team since 2018, I don't think he's in the union anymore.

I would sure dig a Prime or SS Sale! Hopefully he's released earlier this year as he was fairly late last season. Definitely my favorite SP from 19.
