I had been using Torre, but he just doesn't have any pop, gets some singles now and then. Picked up Wieters last night, haven't used him yet. I like that he is a switch hitter, though the contact and low vision scare me a bit. Decent power though. Seems like many on here like him, so he is worth a shot.

Weiters and it's not close. Best defensive catcher, switch hitter, benched 99 Posey for him and havent looked back. Got him on market during flash sale for like 15k. Money well spent. Definitely get Weiters.
All about Weiters. Don't think I'll move him all year.

It’s been weiters for me since that flash sale, got him cheap and he hits well for me.

I was disappointed with Posey when I first got him, but hes grown on me. I only use him because hes free.

I used him for a while, pretty good player. I hit a Perfect-Perfect liner with him that beaned 99 Kluber in the forehead and knocked him out of the game with a concussion.

I saw that - first game he made a weird error, never seen it before.. just kind of dropped the ball or fumbled it on a light grounder... and he's... "gold"??

How so? He isn’t 140k which is a plus, but the only thing that seems better to me is his diamond defense.
