every pitch looks like a change up out of the hand and pitch speeds don't move naturally out of the pitchers hand or match the speed of their movements.

also the ball is too big it looks like softball...this has been a problem for a number of years where the ball looks too big and i have always had difficulty playing on lower difficulties but this year is something else for me.

anyone else having this problem? like i know i can hit on hof and legend online. i've won m20 on legend. i am hitting .296 with the rays on hof online rated(i do my best to play higer rated players) but for some reason i cannot seem to time all-star even veteran has been difficult for me. even moments this year have been difficult for me as i just cannot sit back for that long on pitches..

I would say pitching is more of a lottery on all star VS hitting... Hitting you do need to adjust timing from hof and legend to all-star

just my experience. i think i gave a pretty good reasoning why and my main point is that fastballs don't come out of the hand like real fastballs they come out looking like changeups.

on hof and legend you see those pitches zip out of the pitchers hand and distance themselves quickly from the hand. with all-star and veteran fastballs look like change ups because they float out of the hand like a change up on hof or legend.

and ikasnu im not a drug addict stop being a simp.

I know they’re giving you Hell... but I agree bc it’s seems as if the ball moves so slow

it's too slow. the pitchers move in real time but the pitches come out floatin' . it throws me off. it's a lot easier to read pitches on HOF and LEG because pitches come out in real time.

I think it can be tough to sit back when you’re coming from HOF.

Hitting for me is all up to how tired I am. I’m confident in saying this. Sometimes I have it, and on HOF I can see the ball well. Then sometimes like after work, HOF feels [censored] near impossible. Whenever I can tell I’m not seeing the ball well, I never venture into ranked. Events are good to see how your eyes are feeling. I’m old too though, so maybe younger people don’t have this problem.

It is because everything is fast on HoF and Legend. All-star is the most challenging with large dips on off-speed pitches.

I just want them to take all star out of ranked because I enjoy HOF way more and when I’m in the 700s range it pisses me off switching difficulty’s like every other game

LOL well definitely not easier, but more rewarding. I feel like I hit better on HOF bc I don't get big pci syndrome and reach for balls I really should lay off and you don't have as much time to get wide eyed and want to swing at [censored]

also not as much poor pci placement gets rewarded so you don't feel as if youre "squaring that one up" when in reality you had alright PCI placement but its just generally toward the middle of your gigantic one on all star
