I've yet to give up a run with 85 adam ottavino...and eckersley is solid too.

There's a lot of tinkering to be done, based on how you pitch. I like to have a variety of different types of pitchers in the bullpen, personally. The only specific suggestion I can make that's going to help you immensely is to get rid of Morton.
For generalities, here's my current pen (to my best recollection, I'm not at the console):
Awards Rollie
SS Franco
Prime Rodney
Billy Wagner
SS Rivera
Gagne
Prime DibbleThe new Betances looks good too.

Aight, so I've blown so many games in the last week because of my bullpen. Anyone else having problems with their pen? Or does anyone have any suggestions for good, reasonably priced cards? Cards that I have recently used in my bullpen include:
92 Rodney
93 Ekersley
92 Rob Nenn
89 Doolitle
86 Morton
96 fingers
85 Chapman
85 Wood
87 Pleasac
Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!Nen is cheap and really good

Hes always been one of my favorite lower tiered releivers. His stuff is nasty once you get past his control.

I don't love the fact that he has only 3 pitches but your right his stuff is nasty so will see.

Didn’t give up my first earned run with Fingers until this last RS game. But... who wasn’t giving up runs that game?

Guys like Ottavino are weird I've done very well using him but at the same time I hit him very well. The same goes for other good fastball/slider primary pitchers that don't have great velocity like eckersley and fingers.

Yeah that new Betances looks like he might be pretty solid

@LankyRyan he looks good, just worried about his control and lack of a changeup/splitter. His 4seam doesn’t have outlier so his 2 seam isn’t a great speed difference so makes using the 2 seam tougher. The only thing thing that could save him is if the 2 seam has a lot of movement and can be used almost like a reverse cutter

Yeah to be honest I've never been a big fan of Betances cards, aside from the 4 pitch Rookie Betances. I get frustrated pitching with pitchers with poor control lol

Agreed, I’ve had some luck early in events with his sliver card just cause of the velocity, but control is a big thing for me. I hate Hal, used him for the first time in awhile in an events game and man I had no clue where his pitches would end up. Would have a good release and I would just watch it drift out of the zone like it was being pushed away from where I wanted it to go.

These are what I believe are the top 5 relievers this far
- 5th inning Rivera
- Dibble (this card is SO good)
- Signature Chapman
- Rollie
- Rodney (very good for his price, change up is disgusting)
Granted these are all guys that I have used, I haven’t used the BR Reward relievers like Miller and Smoltz. I’ve so heard good things about that Tom Henke so I will give him a try sooner or later. Of course most of these are really expensive but they’re worth it.

Yeah I hate that they didn't give him the Knuckle Curve too.
Also Sig Chapman is the best bullpen arm in the game, I have a smile on my face anytime it's his turn to pitch.
