Can’t play a game

What is going on? I just had FIVE people back out of the game at the pitcher selection screen.
This isn’t the first time that this has happened, either. It happens all the time.
Why do people do that? What’s angle?

How can you tell who is home?

Exactly.. checking if it's smooth or laggy. I'm more worried about having a stable connection rather than being home/away.
