while your right but also it's a problem that needs to be addressed the flash sales are a prime example of it. When you spend 25k and each pack maybe 1 to 4 cards out of like LIVE is like 6 to 30 and Ducks is like 3 to 15 and the other is like 4 to 15 --- meaning like 4 might get you profit while others are a LOSS.
SDS make packs a tad more worth it or lower the pack prices a little like flash sale -- 25 to 20 but include a Ballin pack or something and the HR packs --- same thing maybe 2 or 3 reg packs.

Don't buy packs with the intention of profit. It's a lesson we all learn. If you want a specific card just buy it.
I do buy packs occasionally (never with real money), but only because I like opening packs.

That is the best advice anyone can give.
Not only that, but they also didn't 'screw" you OP, you knew the risks going in, you knew the market prices. You decided gambling was worth it, don't be mad because the house won.

Did they hide the prices of the cards before you bought it?

You're defending madden but asking why people are defending this game? What other Ultimate Team style mode in another game gives you this much good content that you can grind out for free? The answer is none of them. If you pulled 5 rare rounds you wouldn't complain so once you decide to pull the trigger and make that gamble you can still complain but noones gonna care because you took a calculated risk and lost.

Ah man, as much as I feel your pain because losing Stubs on packs sucks, that's just it... we bought the packs. Nobody forced our hand. It doesn't take away any of the sting from the feeling of getting kicked in the gut but one thing that always put me at ease is the fact that at least we don't need to buy packs. There's plenty of ways to get some of the best cards for free and that just isn't true in Madden, NBA 2K, NHL, and FIFA.

If someone wants to play football, they will go play football. It doesnt matter what cards they pull playing baseball. They arent competitors. Neither Madden or MLB TS have competitors. You want to play baseball you play this, football that. No one is gonna pull a couple rare rounds and say, "screw Madden this year! Im playing this game forever!" But hope your luck improves. But these post are equivalent to guys who jump on here after losing a frustrating game. After having bad pack luck its the same. Even if you would have pulled a rare it is still a rip off. You know that going in.

"The house always wins" applies here as well in regards to packs. Plenty of free ones you get by grinding. Madden? That's a laugh.

You win some; you lose more...Well, at least that's how it works for me...
2K is making a sequel to The Golf Club that comes out in August. Early reviews are 'meh' to 'not bad' as of now. I'm big into golf games so will keep an eye on it. GC was/is a good sim but needed some polish.
