The only thing disappointing was the fact they allowed pack addicts like myself to buy 5 of these things. Probably one of the more stupid moves I've pulled this year.

The other problem outside of value for stubs is Jr will be the last player in the Team affinity program for the M's OR maybe a Inning Program so your really just paying to use a better card now instead of waiting til Sept / Oct
I would have rather had a WHAT if Ruth did the HR derby and see a card for him or use a Legend ( 1980 and earlier ) like a Mantle or i think you get what i am saying but someone who is getting a card later that was know and does not already have 2 cards out now.

LS gallo has those stats already. So you define fun by...... repetition?
We haven’t had a diamond Cespedes since MLB 17 when his live series was diamond. So yes, that is a lot more fun then having the same lineup since May and saying “this card won’t crack my lineup, what a trash release” literally every time new content releases.

Thats fine to say if all you care about is your RS rating. Last year I got so sick of using Gwynn, Griffey, Frank, Mays etc. because I used them so much. Trying new cards in my lineup is more fun to me.

If you don't think sds has a direct hand in the market then I have a bridge to sell you. They control exactly how many of each card out there. Creating the supply and the demand will always be there.

All of these hrd guys have one (obvious) strength but are seriously lacking in everything else. The 50k price on them is ridiculous even for the set completion. Investing in these guys is a guaranteed loss imo. Not a bad idea to grab some of the lower guys at basically quicksell value for bench bats if you need them though.

Fun for me is lots of new stuff to collect or grind for. If it helps my lineup that's great but if it doesnt then so what? I still had fun earning it. Not everyone bases their enjoyment of the game solely on how well they do online.

I’d be happy to use the 95 PS Griffey unless the 98 was priced relatively cheap. With the better defense at the cost of some contact and power vs LHP, the 95 is an appealing alternative.

Oddly, they have never told me what to sell my cards for. I think I am missing out!

I can't explain it but I rake with this guy..base hits,hr,doubles,triples...I hit so well I changed my cap to his batting stance lol..I had him at 2b then moved him to cf I finished collections an put him at ss..now I got him on bench for stealing an when I'm in a slump I'll put him in
