Gotta hand it to SDS.

For all that we complain about the game, they are the least pay to win game that i can recall. You literally can get all the great cards without spending a dime. They give tons of stubs out for grinding and tons of good cards for free. The gameplay could've been better but they deserve some recognition in the age of microtransaction.
-
No they don't. This still is designed to get people to open their wallets. Not everybody plays the stock market game here and just want to play, and this whole stage is built around exchanges again and forcing users into their [censored] online play.
Did they fix timing window issues? Sliders for Showdowns that they gave you 4 extra points on? The design of this years game with infinite packs to buy every week might be the most absurd MTX sports game on the market IMO

Making the TA cards sellable is literally pay to win.

Considering you can still get them the normal way of not paying, no it is not

Disagree, it gives even more stubs to people who grinded. I'll make more now then I would before because I can sell them
-
They just kinda ruined the game lol

How? You didn't buy them in previous stages, you DONT have to buy them now. It just lets people sell after they grind for some stubs.

They don't have to work to get them. Just buy them. Sure you can slog away to get them, but why?

but why? people who want to buy it can but by no means is it a requirement. That's a pay to win. This game gives you stubs from almost every aspect. Even if you wanted to buy the players, you can accumulate tons of stubs to do so. Bottom line, there is absolutely no reason to pull out the credit card to get the good cards. Makes sense now?

Huh? You can get all of these cards for free meaning you literally don't have to pay for any of them

Not only that, but you can get them all for free and then sell them and make stubs. I don't care about all 30, you best believe I'd sell cards like FS Kevin Smith if I could. This is a W for people who grinded like me.
-
Pay to win simply means that you can pay and get something day 1 instead of grind and get it for free. It doesnt mean its a pay wall. It simply means you skip grinding and get the same stuff with money.

And those ppl will allow me to make stubs by grinding for them and then selling them. Ppl that are just outright buying them today didn't grind the 50 pts in the 30 min they've been out. So by grinding I make stubs. But hey you do you.

P2W is referring to spending actual $ on virtual currency to gain an advantage. If ppl loaded up on stubs by flipping or playing the game how is it P2W?
-
If you were at 100% on Stage 2 going to the Stage 3 cards with exchanges is pretty much free with the team affinity packs, the BIAH pack, and the 5K stubs given how much the market has crashed at this point. And if you go beyond that you get another minimum 7500 stubs with the BIAH bundle and the 2,500 stubs.

Because you can pay real money to do it. You must not understand. It doesnt mean you cant play free. It simply means you can put cash in to get an advantage. Not that its the only way.
