Power swing. I’d rather be out than get a single honestly. It’s not like you’re actually going to be able to drive him in without a dinger so I only swing for dingers to begin with. Dingers for days. Dingers always bro.

I try to power swing when I'm in a hitter's count and I'm looking to do damage. Honestly if check swings weren't so easy with X swings I would probably be power swinging a majority of the tine early in counts because I'd rather swing and miss than make weak contact with <2 strikes

Big facts this year. At least a run or 2 a game ..Runner on.3rd and less than 2 outs and a 50 vision 70 contact type of bat is getting that contact swing.

I've found some cards hit better using power swing than normal swing. Jackie Robinson and Minnie Minoso being the 2 I use power swing the most.

I use all three depending on the situation. When I am in a slump, contact seems to get me out of it. Have hit bombs using contact.

This is a really interesting discussion as someone who has used Normal swing exclusively, I'm going to try some of the tips in this thread around specific situations to see if there is a noticeable difference. Not sure if it will matter for me or not considering how abysmal I am at hitting .219 average over close to 150 RS games, but I'll try anything.

Also, with two strikes, protect the plate, just like real baseball. Contact hitters and sluggers alike.

I have tried a lot of the tips people have left on here and I can say my game has improved, using contact swing with a runner on 3rd it’s almost a guarantee base hit .
