That someone can cause your fielder to not throw? I use buttons. All of a sudden my fielders can’t throw, and my catcher can’t throw on a stolen base? What’s the cheat here?

Buying packs before you play causes your opponent to lose the ability to throw. Give it a try.

He could have held R2 and hit up twice on the d-pad. Did you notice whether his catcher took off his mask and set the batter on fire with his breath shortly after this happened?

This catcher has the friendliness and sportsmanship traits , so his breath weapon should be a non lethal variety

Up Up Down Down Left Right Left Right B A select and start. Minus select on some games.At least it was an SNES I first used it on. Super Street Fighter II
