Worth Completing for Mantle at this Point?

I myself was just thinking this too and was about to make a similar post. I'm sitting on 200k stubs and pretty much the only diamonds I have left are the high diamonds except Cole. So I still need an additional 500k and just thinking I'm still so far off just exhausts and annoys me. I really want Mantle but just don't really know if it's worth the long [censored] grind nowadays.

Just do it! Considering all these great free cards coming, what else are you going to spend tour stubs on!?! You get almost 100k back fro collecting everything too

Yea, I have only High Diamond LS card except Verlander left. Yanks, Nats, Mets, Rockies, Dodgers to finish. I'll probably finish at some point, but right now the rewards the game gives us are just as good if not better. I'm not in a rush to get Bellinger now that I have his MA Lighting Card.

depends on how close you are. If you have all the cards including trout and are just wondering if you should lock him in then yes because mantle is the best card in the game and he will stay that way. No, it's not worth 1 million subs or whatever it costs to lock every card in. I did it, I don't regret it, but it's never worth it.
The best bet is to be patient, spend those stubs on bosses, Duck cards, etc. The best cards won't be in collections, and you'll never use LS cards anyway. Why lock in cards you won't use?
They are called quirks, so no, he probably didn’t mean perks.

I added up all the sell now's I would need for the rest of the diamonds. I just need an additional 600k on top of the 233k I have now. Big long sigh

I'm only a few cards away, worked on it all year, I just don't know what I'd spend stubs on as cards & bundles are just a waste, ya I could have a equal team without the collection

Of course you do if you’re close. I’m Cole away and almost have the stubs to buy him. Plus, stubs are relatively easy to come by as you advance and you can buy whoever you want once you’re done.
I ask you this: If the coming TAs and are so good as to make Mantle not worth the price, then what good are the stubs anyway?

This is a very good point. I actually lucked out and pulled Arenado and then bought a bunch of others. Sitting on 230k with Trout, Rendon, Cole, and Chapman to go.

Dont be deceived by these TA3 ovr - few have over 85 power (comparitively) and too many 1B, mantle is still by far the best card - more like a 99+++

I need all the high diamonds and could finish it but I think I would rather use the stubs to buy other players and have a more balanced team at this point. I want these new bosses, chapman and a new ss maybe banks.
