Predictions for TA Stage 3 for Toronto, Cleveland, LA Angels, and the National League

I highly doubt Angels will be Rodriguez as he just recently retired, I think they'd go for someone who has been out of the game for longer.

For the Brewers I wouldn't be surprised if they released a 98 version of Prince Fielder. Yount is most likely, but [censored] would a Prince card be awesome! Would rather have him over a 99 Big Papi.
SDS says there's only 3 new cards. (Toronto,Cleveland and Anaheim) however i think it could be 3 from each leauge so there's still a chance of this happening.
I hope that's possible and ends up being true. New legends are always exciting but basing on the Free Agent Legend teams, there's only 3 spots remaining after Larry Walker was released.
Although that may not be the "all telling" way, I guess.

Did they clarify if the Angels is a "new" legend? I would like to see a Vlad with some pop!
97 seems too high for Salmon.
Glaus would be cool. -

Glaus would be cool.Vlad won't be a new legend he was in last years game as a Angel. We will see a Vlad with pop by the end of the year though.
Glaus would be great.

I hope the Angels is K-Rod

So, I made these predictions under the assumption that it is indeed true that we only have three more "hidden" or unannounced legends left in the game. I believe the final three are the Stage 3 reward for the Blue Jays, Indians, and Angels. I'd love to be surprised or be wrong about that but it makes sense.
AMERICAN LEAGUE
Toronto Blue Jays - Carlos Delgado, 1B (97 OVR)
Cleveland Indians - Manny Ramirez, RF (99 OVR)

My Mets prediction is Jose Reyes
-
Nationals will almost certainly be Dennis Martinez of the Expos. He was revealed as a legend b4 release and has yet to have a card.
Also, I really think Toronto will be Olerud. He is a NEW legend this year and only has the 89 Mets Veteran card. His best years and majority of career was a Jay so he would be a new Blue Jay legend...?
He will definitely have anither card in game outside of the 89 and this makes too much sense.

[censored], I didn't see that. Really wish they would release a different Brewers player.

I may be a White Sox fan first and foremost, but I will always have love in my heart for the Brewers as I lived in Wisconsin for a good chunk of my life and eventually grew to like them enough to be my "secondary team."
When I was going through the list of players that it could be, my heart sank a little knowing how disappointing theirs will likely be. I'm just not a huge Robin Yount fan. That's not my era of Milwaukee Brewers. Give me Prince Fielder, Geoff Jenkins, Ben Sheets, Richie Sexson, J.J. Hardy or Trevor Hoffman.
Give me Corey Hart, Rickie Weeks, or Carlos Lee. I'd be stoked if they ever released like a bronze or silver Tony Graffanino card.
Ben Sheets and Prince would be the most ideal, but I fully agree about the others. Hell give me a silver Criag Counsell so I can have that awesome stance.

Wouldn’t be Olerud, when they say New Legend, they’re referring to a player that has yet to be announced this year. I agree with your take on Nationals.

I'm upset that no NL teams get a new legend, although they just got Walker. Would've loved to have seen Berkman, Utley, Johnson or even Jeff Kent. I thought we would get flashbacks, but that's probably stage 4. The card art is abysmal, would've also loved to see actual cards being a card collector.

Here is what SDS SHOULD have chosen --
Nationals -- Rookie Randy Johnson
Mariners -- Prime Randy Johnson
D Backs -- Postseason Randy Johnson
Astros -- Veteran Randy Johnson
Yankees -- Broken Beat Down Randy JohnsonThat is all

0/2 so far
-
I don’t see any way the Rockies have so few options.
Tulo- not eligible bc retired last year
Helton- don’t see his upgrade here
Gonzo-evolution program
I don’t see how it’s not bishette. -

I’ve been saying since yesterday Toronto will be Olerud but no one listens. John Olerud has never been released as a Blue Jay so that would technically classify as a New Legend.

If it was someone yet to be released they would say “New HIDDEN Legend” like they did with Larry Walker. The fact they are only saying “New Legend” tells me it’s someone new this year but not hidden. Olerud only has a Mets card so technically a Jays version would be a new legend for them.

I don’t think that’s the case, but we’ll see. They wouldn’t build up anticipation for a known player.

They already do it for unknown players like future stars and prospects. Why wouldn’t they do it here?

To me this is the perfect spot to release Olerud. 97 seems like a proper rating. Considering the bosses we just got I can’t see him as a boss in later innings. So when do we get a Blue Jays version of Olerud if not here?
