Tragedy is a strong word for losing some stubs (an in game virtual currency).

It’s amazing the negativity here. Is there anyone with a moral compass anymore? I was posting a frustration that was my own opinion yet most of the replies are punks that pop off for no good reason and offer nothing to the subject except an attempt to humiliate someone. I see it all the time on here and it’s usually the same idiots.
The amount of fierce rhetoric on here I’m sure is suppressing good ideas people have because they just don’t feel like dealing with the onslaught of negativity cast upon them. -

It’s BS that there are prompts in other places similar but not here. I have personally lost over 150/k + just this years release alone! Happened to me last years game too. It is irresponsible for there to be no safeguard for a thumb twitch, dropped controller, dog jumping on you or otherwise and you sell a card at the “sell now” price by accident when your intent was to post it in the “buy now” market. It’s inexcusable and another testament to the nefarious structure of the market in general.
I know the wise guys will make their comments to be more careful, however this has nothing to do with care. It is simply ridiculous that here there is no prompt whereas other less and or meaningless decision prompts in the game have the two extra prompts “are you sure?” and the pressing of “x” to proceed.
FIX IT, ITS A RACKET!
Anyone else been a victim of this?
In 2018 I bought Ernie Banks for 350k by accident. Almost made me quit the Show forever.

If you just want to rant, just say that no responses are required.

I was going to say seeing that we have gone through the very definition of a tragedy with covid19 this year I wouldn't exactly call losing stubs a tragedy. I think the better words here are unfortunate event.

I personally am very careful with my stubs, it's enough that we have to deal with the Captcha's on the mobile site. I'm sorry but I'm opposed to this idea.Thank you for an appropriate opposing response.
I too am careful, it just seems like there are too many things that can/do happen without the carefulness factor.
My dog literally jumped on me and my controller fell to the floor. Had there been a prompt, I would not have lost so much stubs...

I think the simplest solution is for SDS to add the option to require confirmation when buying and selling in the market and then give the user the ability to toggle it on/off. Then everybody's happy.

I think the simplest solution is for SDS to add the option to require confirmation when buying and selling in the market and then give the user the ability to toggle it on/off. Then everybody's happy.
Another possible solution is to give everybody the chance to undo by putting a 10 or so second timer on after a quick sale that you can hit whatever button to undo the sale if it was an accident, or instead continue about your business with the timer counting down in the background if it was deliberate.
Thereby not compromising the quickness of the sell now feature whilst simultaneously preventing the catastrophic impact of controller accidents.
