Saberhagen and Scott
-
Interested in both not sure who’s used who but would like to hear some thoughts from those that have. I’m not too overly concerned with the speed differentials for either I’ve had a lot of success with Saberhagen cards in the past. Scott looks good I’m just kinda scared off from that mid 90s fastball. For whoever has used him do both these guys get up to 96 or so in online? Or is it consistently sitting 94. Thanks guys

Update. Got Hamels and don’t regret it 8 innings 3 hits 7Ks first game. Nasty mix
-
Yeah, Hamels over both. Big issue for both is they don’t have secondary fastballs.

I bought Scott and tried him in RS yesterday. He got lit up for 3 bombs in 3 innings in Shippett (by Belli, CAP, and Reggie).
I couldn't take it anymore so Newhouser/McGee/Fingers/Britton combined for 6 scoreless to get the 8-3 win. I know - small sample size, but I am not impressed with Scott.

Sabes is lights out for me. Scott I have bought 4 packs thus far, haven't gotten him. Both favorite pitchers of mine growing up.

Saberhagen is unbelievable for me only 3 RS games in so far small sample size but its on AS difficulty these games, and i am rocking a 0.57 ERA with double the K's per inning used
just picked up Scott and stoked to use this week

Yea I just pulled Scott today to cap an impressive 4 day stretch of getting diamonds vs bronze and solvers. I’ll try him but his stats don’t make me super excited.

Scott is by far the easiest to control pitcher I have used all year. All four of his pitches seem to have very high control.
