Throwing Glitches

Am I the only one that get random red color glitches and the fielders throw the ball all over the field like every other game? I am curious about that

I just experienced the same problem. I noticed it whenever I had Diego Castillo pitch in BR. All throws would lock in the red zone on button accuracy. Almost lost a BR game over it.
