Is Jimmie Foxx worth the 500k

He started slow for me... then using him in the event, his average went from .250 to .389 in about 20 games. I guess he mashes on All-Star. We'll see once he gets back to HOF.
He has a very quick bat, which is a great attribute. His power isn't quite as good as Ruth or Teddy, but he hit tons of gaps and has enough speed to get easy extra base hits.
There are so many amazing options at first. Foxx is definitely elite, but I'm not sure how much better he is than other top options. I'm sticking with him for now, and will probably never sell him.

Really wish the original point of this thread played out. Where people who used Foxx presented his OPS compared to other cards. Looks like instead we will just make unsubstantiated statements. If any of you who get him could share your OPS when you get him that would be cool

Would love to hear how Jimmie actually does. One things for certain though. That team will give you a psychological advantage. Lol

It's tough when you try to troll and people don't fall into the trap. Sorry it didn't work out how you intended. But at least you got to get some subtle jabs in that the dev's didn't catch.

I was not trying to troll. Is it a trap if i am asking a question of many and don’t know the outcome?However, I am not certain if I could call any of your posts in here anything but. Btw have u had Foxx or any of the other dudes? How have you performed? I would love to hear their OPS or is that question too trolling for you. I also don’t know how you troll a thread you make.But whatever maybe your response will be different than your norm.

So when you hijacked Skepple's thread that was deleted and you made a separate thread about the exact same title and expected no one on the other thread to notice, it was really me who was trolling when I called you out? Perhaps you just don't realize that you're trolling, but I'm happy to keep pointing it out for you when you do.

Some Cards are purposely made to be so costly in the market to make them so rare & hard to get by most. Yes you may have cards that may play & preform better then these sky high priced cards. But the "Pokemon Syndrome" is what SDS feeds off of & relies on with themselves making more money. You guys never heard the term "The House Always Wins"? SDS gets 10% of every sale transaction. So on a 300K-500K card, that's now 30K-50K which is A LOT.
The "Pokemon Syndrome" is the "Gotta Catch Them All" fever. Those who gets a thrill & joy with collecting cards apart from playing with those cards. Many will get cards & keep cards they never will even use them because it completes their collection. It's also like a bragging right or self ego feeling of "Yes, I have this card which most others do not". There always has to be those cards which are the Golden Grail of cards. Cards that gives those in here a huge effort to finally get just to feel great knowing they finally got it.

If you aren’t trolling now not sure what is. Skepples thread was NOT about Foxx. It was about getting profiles. If you are going to troll at least troll accurately. Btw, why is what thread i or Skepple make have to do with you?
