Dashboarding

If one player disconnects, the in-progress play should count. PROBLEM SOLVED. Seems like one guy at SDS could fix that in an hour or two.

This guy gets it. Watching the ball land in the stands after the other person disconnects just rubs it in. The game knows if it's gone or not - and I'm sure SDS could probably track how many times you have a disconnect mid game.
-
Maybe not ban it but punish it. Nba2k makes it punishable by you not being able to play online for a while
-
Why do people dashboard in this event? It's a moonshot event lol

Well, with the amount of lost connections to the server going around these days, nobody would be able to play.
-
Well, SDS could allow offline stat grinding which would put a huge dent in this problem. It wouldn't completely solve the issue but, it would help.

key word SEEMS. Have you seen the circus running the show this year? They’re all driving around in a clown car laughing at the community

This years game is a classic example of inmates running the asylum. They've given up and all but, abandoned the community and will use the virus shutdown as their scape goat which everyone will buy into. Almost none of the issues that have surfaced have been fixed and in some cases gotten much, much worse. At the bare minimum SDS could impliment QoL features to offset some of this frustration but, they cannot even be bothered to do that.

Their effort is pathetic and I know I’m one person but I will not be purchasing a ps5 because of how trash they are
-
Honestly, I most likely wont be purchasing a PS5 either. I'm not interested in being a beta tester anymore when they don't even address the complaints brought to them in civil fashion. There's been QoL suggestions that have been made that would literally benefit EVERY player who plays this game online such as saving event lineups and they refuse to implement it for whatever reason. Last year was pretty good and at least the devs interacted with the community. This year that has all went by the wayside and before anyone lets them use the corona virus as their scape goat I ask you to keep in mind how many [censored] cpu vs cpu quick count streams we watched where they could have had one of the developers talking about issues, how they're trying to work around them and hyping new content. Instead we get stale head liners that aren't very good in any capacity.
