One day RTTS should implement like 10 teams or so and put college baseball in the Show, that would be so dope playing as Vandy, Coastal Carolina, Michigan, Ole Miss, etc. before your pro career starts kinda like nba 2k 16. Anyways in the meantime players should use the new rebranding feature to make college teams and make a backstory in college baseball for their RTTS player

That would be pretty cool but they should make it like the high school state championship run to fit any player story. Or make a CWS and a highschool state run story and have both options.

You're gonna bring up College Baseball and leave out THE premier team in the sport?

They can't get A ball teams because of copyright issues and you think that college teams are going to be in the game? What a joke! Keep dreaming.

Full minors in '20, I'm sure a lot of people think that means players. It's more likely A ball.

Of course they think it's players, because it's not "full minors in 20" it's full minor rosters in 20. It seems to imply the players that make up the roster, could it be A ball instead? Sure, but why say full minors in this sentence? Why leave out the word "rosters"?

it very well could be players, but the minor leagues have no union so they would have to negotiate with each individual player, 50 players for 30 MLB teams. Then what happens if a guy is added to the 40 man roster and called up to the majors? He gets a part of the deal he signed as a minor leaguer than a part of the deal with the MLBPA?

I don't necessarily think that they need to add college to the game... the main thing that I'd love to see is A ball having more of an importance... everyone might not necessarily want to use their minor league teams in franchise and/or start their Road To The Show in A ball but I think adding the ability to have a full 25 man A-ball roster and making those teams playable could do a lot for the game in the case of guys such as myself that love that immersion.

As far as college goes they could do something in regards to your age when it comes to the draft, which if I'm not mistaken they already do unless they changed up the options after you get drafted... cause if I remember there was a time where you could play the showcase games 4-5 times depending on what you selected if you chose to go to college/stay in college after the draft... not sure if this is in the later editions of the game (18 and 19) but for sure I believe these are in 14-17.

Seriously can't wait til Thursday to find out the answer to this. When I first read it, I thought it meant full A ball teams, so full 25 man instead of 15. But most people think its names. I also wonder if it's not names, is it full rosters for High A, Low A and rookie? Also are they unplayable still? And all that is just one part of Thursday's stream, the brand changing and relocation is a huge change, especially when it comes to stadium selection for your new teams.
