Challenge failed on 17

In the playoffs right now in online franchise and everytime anyone trys to play it
Gives us a challenge failed wonder if anyone else was having this problem

Have u tried closing the app? Had a similar problem the other day with a friendly on 17. Restarting the app did the trick
