    How long does it take them to reply?

    Emailed them the other day and havent heard back.

    You have to tell them you're having problems buying stubs. They'll usually respond within the minute.

    going on about 3 months now waiting for a real response, once a month maybe they respond saying that they are looking into it but we all know that it not the case
