Constant freezes during games

I’m trying to help my father who also play The Show. Lately, every time he plays a game, offline or online, the game always freezes for a few seconds and then start being ok again. It never happens during gameplay, but as soon as there’s a non-gameplay animation (strikeout, batter walkup, inning ending, etc) the game freezes. At first we thought that his console was the problem, but it never occurs in other games, and I’ve tried playing on my psn on my DD on his PS4, and everything was fine.
Has this ever happen to one of you, and does anyone has an idea what he could do to make it stop?
Any help would be appreciated

Also is there a way to communicate directly with someone at SDS? He tried to report a bug, but only got a generic response that says they got his report, but he hasn’t got any more feedback.
