50k away, do I dare risk a flash pack?

I’m about 50k from having enough stubs to buy Cole. Once I do that I will have completed the entire collection. I’ve been adamant about not wasting stubs in an effort to get to Mantle but wondering if I risk buying one of these packs in hopes it gets me over the hump?
FWIW, I already got and sold a 4th inning boss so no major stubs coming to me in the near future. I’m at 855 in ranked, so if I could get to WS I could sell that and be there either way. But given my skill I’m not counting on that part lol.

Nope. When you are that close, you will get there, dont waste the stubs. Packs are for suckers. I am 1 million short, I tried it and got Judge.

Depends what your flipping and how dedicated. On a down day I get 5k. Going crazy I’ve had 30k days.

It is definitely the most boring. But it also is the best way to make profit if you do it correctly

I bought today and got deGrom, but I risked it knowing I had the AL completed and just needed NL guys.
I still have investment stubs saved for later as well.
Having said that, if you're that close to the last card you might as well grind for the rest. -
Seems like the better bet are these ducks on the pond packs, you should have a much better chance of making your stubs back

Only 3 AL SP and 2 of them are Verlander and Cole lol of course
Dude anytime I have packs to rip the only diamonds I get are either useless diamond icons or low 85 BS like Harper, Altuve and Springer. I have pulled almost every weak diamond out there.
