Are there known odds of getting Trout tonight in the Flash sale?

Pretty sure 90+ was 1:25 odds last time, so complete garbage. Just 2 tiers last time too.

My guess is somewhere around 1:200. It's foolish for anyone to spend 25k on that pack, pretty sure they could entice more buyers if they made it 15 or 20k.

Is there a limit to packs you can buy for this? If not, I will buy as many as my wallet can. Not much.
