Go to the prestige card in Inventory and it shows who discovered it.....then look at him on leaderboard...

I'm guessing it's the dude that scored 2000 runs in a game or something like that?

It's no news that people manipulate matchmaking to match up against a friend and then boost stats for 9 innings straight. You can report them by sending SDS an email via theshow@playstation.sony.com telling them you suspect this account of boosting and provide additional information such as which game (date and time) and the opponent. They might end up resetting the stats of the boosted players or ban the offenders.

Best you can do is let SDS know but other then that this will always be a thing and listen if someone wants to play a 200 inning game to get a prestige card that gives them +3 fine cause in reality not sure where the fun in that really is

I just looked through his games, he and a couple of others have boosted numerous times. He has had loads of games in the Event I assume with scores of 50-0 and 45-1 and things like that for prestige players. I don't know if I would have the desire to stick it out in those games for that lol

Online stats are going to lead to boosting, has happened every year excluding last year, which I believe had no real online stat or player specific stat or mission requirements like previous years.

Am I missing something? So the guy convinced someone to let him just strike him out for a 100 innings straight or whatever. If the guy agreed to it for whatever bizarre reason, Who cares? Is it lame? Sure but it’s not like he gets some 1 million dollar stub bonus for being first & the card isn’t sellable. Who cares?

Yes but let the people who’s job it is find them and catch them. You don’t think SDS is aware his prestige card has been discovered?
We don’t need a bunch of Captain Kirks running around snitching on people trying to save the day. If you wanna wear a cape, go outside and protest the real injustices of the world.
