The 91 Rollins is from his MVP season of 2007. If it's another Rollins it would have to be a SS or Prime.

Allen wore a helmet in the field. That screenshot shows a traditional hat. And also modern sunglasses.

True, though it's odd they chose a veteran card for that.... Could still technically be same year, but a pumped mvp version.
Or ya, just do a Sig or prime and pump it up.
Either way, he'd be my SS for the foreseeable future -
