Why do good players cheese

You’re already good, why you gotta bring in starters as relievers and bunt in cheesy situations? I’d rather just lose to you in a great game played

And pause constantly or bunt dance

I never see top players bunt dance honestly.

I wouldn't say "top" players, but I see a lot of pausing to change the pace a lot, especially in event games. I see bunt dancing when they get mad someone as bad as me gets a few runs. However they get them right back since I can't pitch, haha.

Pausing can happen for a variety of reasons though, there aren't always bad intentions behind it. And as far as bunt dancing goes, that's really a specific type of player who does this. They're hyper aggressive, sit fastball exclusively and chase everything. They steal on every attempt and try to cheese on the base paths every single try. If you can keep them unsuccessful in any of those things, chances are they'll rage quit before the 5th inning. That's why I don't think they're good players at all. Sure, some can turn on a fastball. That alone doesn't make you a good player.

The bunting is a fasion of baseaball and should not be fixed as you can adjust your defense to stop this, but the holding of R2 so the opponent hangs his pitches thats some bull [censored]

Generally, I have found that the players that cheese the bunting and stealing tend to be weaker hitters and pitchers.
The whole approach is based on provoking a reaction out of you.
There are a few I’ve played, however, who seem to be actually able to hit, and I reckon these are probably just hyper aggressive teenagers.

Agreed but bunting is a part of baseball and having a overloaded shift or a defense way back means you should adjust your defense to stop the aiding of runners

I agree with you on the cheese you laid out....with the exception of bunting. If you have a good bunter at bat and the opponent is not respecting his ability by not playing bunt defense then you are a fool to not lay one down.

Because this new generation of gamers are tight jean wearing, tik-tok dancing, Mahomes haircut little p*ssies. That pretty much sums it up for you.

I played a dude yesterday with a CAP with 99 speed that scored 2 of his 3 runs off a single, stealing 2nd, stealing 3rd and then suicide squeeze

That's not really cheese and is on you for letting that happen.

Two out suicide squeezes with 2 strikes isn't cheese? Those were the only times it worked. He did it 5 or 6 times throughout.

If he did it 6 times then why didn’t you play bunt defense? lol my god.

I pitched out and he was dead to rights. I obviously shouldn't have allowed it to happen multiple times. I'm not the best player, but it is what it is.

Bruh, 2 out isn’t a suicide squeeze. Just throw the go out at first.

I only “bunt dance” or hold r2 if they do something cheesy or cheap. It’s basically signaling, you did something scummy. And it’s only for one at bat or pitch. ( like having a CAP pitcher with Darren o day motion lolol. ) I haven’t ran in to too many bunt cheesers, but I have ran into pause every 2 second guys. If you pause to take a leak or look at pitches on pitching change so be it, but not every other pitch.
Putting starters in as relievers is not cheesing. Is it crappy? Sure but it’s not different than using the best gun in the game all the time in a FPS. It could be a little like using odd job in goldeneye tho lolol

by suicide squeeze I mean stealing home prior to bunting. Obviously had my fielders made the play it would not have worked. But one was a bunt hit and the other was an error by my 2nd baseman.

The game does have an issue with bunt defense towards second base. It’s animation / logic concern.
