what a pathetic thread
truly i feel sorry for you Mav & Sports, you must have literally no one around you......... to be speaking that much about such a ridiculous topic and conversation on XMAS EVE no less !!!!!
im wondering where you guys appeared from but i probably had just blocked you on the old site forum. yeesh what a thread
It’s all good surrounded by family just had a wonderful meal was watching arson top moments and killing it at monopoly. Thanks for your concern and....
Happy Holidays
Btw why aren’t you equally worried about Skepple who has had a mental breakdown and posted just as much....hmmm baaaa
Called it
skepple is completely unrelated imo to your angry ramblings, you are the tired little ogre under a bridge - anyone who entertains you is wasting their mental energy
Pretty sure i started this thread and never asked for Skepple and the band of sheep. He came in here and started with me begging for approval. Why are you here? It’s especially weird when I just accepted the verdict from the judge. Baaaaaa
Maybe because you started this thread only because the old was one deleted?
Weird that you start a thread about the exact same topic and hope no one who you were debating in the old thread would see it and have an opinion
I said this also
" But did u not create a thread that cause a bunch of nonsense last time from what I have heard "
-
No I started this thread without regard for Skepple at all. I want to see what the comparative OPS are. I am actually willing to be proven wrong. If everyone shows me that dude crushes compared to say Arenado then I might sell off a few cards and get him. I truly care less about Skepple accept if he were to show the OPS of Foxx compared to multiple cards. I would need multiple players to also do this, but because Skepple derailed this I probably won’t get his or anyone elses. Unlike Skepple I am not seeking approval of mindless sheep. I am seeking data
I didn’t create the Thread here that was endedor the original Foxx thread, but I am curious about Foxx
-
Honestly, they should just burn this forum and start again, again.
I think if you look up the definition petty, there may actually be the avatar of a particular member from this forum next to it.
Just f■■king grow up. I've never ignored anyone on a forum before. But it's happening now if this version allows it.

Listen I appreciate but don’t need the support. I agree with you that Skepple is petty, but no need to ignore you just can not respond or comment on his stupidity. It is a catch 22z. I made this thread to answer a legit question and he can here. I responded to him when I should have not acknowledged but then he complained I was not acknowledging him. It was so weird. But don’t make my beef your beef that would make you sheep and that’s clearly not you
Happy Holidays

Jimmy Foxx 500k
Arenado 20k
Pujos 97k
Miggy 9k
Bellinger 80k
Donaldson 31k
Gehrig 91kIf you have unlimited stubs this isn’t an issue, but I wouldn’t mind your participation. I am curious if Foxx is worth it by comparing his vale relative to the production he has given to users relative to other cards. Can you submit the OPS you have had with Foxx and any of the above cards listed.
Foxx costs 5x as many stubs as any of the other cards. Is he 5x better. Is he even .400 OPS points higher?
**This is a serious quasi scientific showing. I don’t care for preconceived opinions and I only want intelligent debat. **If you are not capable of that there might be better served in a thread with people who blindly agree with you

@sportking
I want to appeal the decision. This was my original thread. I ser the agenda. I was asking specifically for comparison and accurate comparison. At best he gives a rough guess at the OPS of one player.
Also can you render judgement on the trolls like HungryHippo, Stickomaire and the likes as they came in here and just sucked on Skepples nipple and added nothing

Lol. Thanks for making my mind up. You are a dead set troglodyte who is the very first on my ignore list.

He said he is not home as like most normal people, he has a job. He only guessed Foxx's ops because he is not near his PS4. At least he gave you a rough estimate and tried to answer your question
On the other hand about the others such as HungryHole, I have dedicated my time to you and skepple as this was the judge case I originally pursued and until this bickering is over, I will keep on speculating this issue
-
I put the OPS of Bellinger (1.131) and Pujols (1.117) up there. Those are the 2 I’d personally recommend over him. My OPS’s with the other guys are
Arenado: (1.002)
Miggy : (.915)
Gehrig : (1.086)Yes, I haven’t used Foxx, but skepple is a much better hitter than me, so if he’s slugging 1.200 or 1.300 with him, then I’d probably be a good bit lower than that, meaning he’d be right around, if not lower than Bellinger and Pujols are for me.
Now for the other points made that need to be acknowledged
for the value, I don’t think they’ll lose much over the next 2 weeks if you use that to test any of them out. With the stub sale, most Items will stay inflated, especially after Christmas if PSN cards are acquired as gifts.
For the “psychological advantage,” I would say I’m just as scared to see Pujols as Foxx. Their attributes are very similar, and not everyone got Foxx by going 12-0, it just means they have a lot of stubs. So having Foxx really shouldn’t be intimidating for either of those reasons.
If there are any points I missed, please let me know, but I feel I used some decent logic here to counter the claims made.
In the end it’s 100% an opinion and it differs from person to person, but now the arguments have been taken into account.

Imo he's the best right-handed hitter in the game so he's worth every stub for me. I don't think a card should have to be 5× better than the others to justify spending the stubs lol. It's really easy to make stubs this year so I don't think 450k is a very big deal.

Everyone needs to chill. Steer this thread back on topic, or it is getting locked.

Hard to imagine ever blowing that many stubs on Foxx unless I've essentially collected every other card, and really have nothing better to blow 500k on. Jones, Ruth, Sale, Gagne all seem more valuable to me. I have a hard time imagining him being superior to Gehrig or Pujols.
-
Sooooooooo....is he worth it?

Here is what we learned
- If you have unlimited stubs sure
- If you have limited stubs his performance is probably not
- We can never really know if the performance is truly worth it or ask a serious question because people hijack threads
-
Well I just got my Jimmie Foxx, my order finally filled. Hopefully he’s awesome
-
He started slow for me... then using him in the event, his average went from .250 to .389 in about 20 games. I guess he mashes on All-Star. We'll see once he gets back to HOF.
He has a very quick bat, which is a great attribute. His power isn't quite as good as Ruth or Teddy, but he hit tons of gaps and has enough speed to get easy extra base hits.
There are so many amazing options at first. Foxx is definitely elite, but I'm not sure how much better he is than other top options. I'm sticking with him for now, and will probably never sell him.
