I'm convinced...

I have a 69-31 record. It is becoming more convincing that anyone with over 100 loses in ranked get a contact boost or something because they seem to launch the ball off me. I can throw a CG shut out against someone with 40 loses but as soon as I match up with someone with over 100 loses I lose and I've gone from 880 at 9 am this morning to 835 currently because I get match up with mediocre players and lose. I wish they would admit it.

Ummmm. Contact boost? What?
-
I would say that when you see a dude with 100 losses you assume it’ll be an easy win and you don’t mix up your pitch selection as much because you assume they’re bad. There are World Series players with 100 losses. Myself Included. I played a World Series dude the other day who was 238-287 and I got my [censored] kicked because I thought he was terrible and I was throwing the basic high fastball and inside sinker. You could also be playing dudes in all star. That happens a lot even though you’re in the 800s.

no true. I pitch everyone the same. I pitch every game like I would with any record. It's just that once someone gets 100 loses every pitch i throw is crushed. Its legit
-
Yeah this isn't a real thing .
-
Tell that to my 13 loses this season lol
-
When I see someone with 100+ losses I don't see a bad player. I see a player who has a lot more Ranked experience than I do. Wins, losses, and level don't indicate a good or a bad player.

Is this like a permanent showdown perk? “Significant contact boost when playing someone with a better record”
-
I think anyone who has 100+ loses are not good players. I had 80 loses at the end of 19. I was top 200. The latest patch secretly helped people with over 100 loses. And yes I believe it is a perk for a power/contact boost once you get 100 loses
-
I would see your point if this was November and someone had 100 loses then yes. When its mid may and you already have 100 loses you arent a good player. But the game caters to those players

If the game caters to bad players, that means bad players win a lot.
Therefore since you are 69-31, you must be a bad player and that's why you have a good record, the game is catering to you.Your logic is that the game caters to bad players and helps them win, so therefore, it is catering to you since you win alot.

What if you were 500-100?
-
Yeah I’ve noticed records don’t matter so much. Sometimes the game decides it wants somebody to score runs and that’s what happens. Not much control that we have.
-
When I can throw a cg shut out against someone who has 40 loses but be 0-4 today against someone with 100+ loses there is a problem with that. And I believe you are mediocre once you get to 100 loses no matter what....
