Replaying your Home Runs Online

When you replay your HR and I go into a pause menu for 2.9 minutes, it's not because I'm pissed at the HR. I
It's because that's a rude, selfish thing to do.
So I'm going to return the favor with a rude and selfish act.
I have a record slightly over .500 online, I win some and lose some.
Giving up a HR is a bummer, but you move on.
Replaying your HR is childish BS and should be eliminated from online play.
I would NEVER do that to someone. There is only one purpose for it; being an asshole.
Again, you be an asshole, I'll be an asshole.
Here's a thought. Don't be an asshole.
Honestly, you need to lighten up. Seems like you are playing the game for all the wrong reasons.
Have some fun. Enjoy life. Don't be a Karen. Too many Karens on here.

This debate reminds me of when you used to be able to swing your bat across the plate before a pitch. Once an at bat. I miss that.
People would get so angry and step off. But if was good if you need a second to concentrate back on the pitchers.
TAKE OUT HR REPLAY AND PUT THE PRACTICE SWING BACK IN!!Oh how I wish we still had that.

I would press L2 vs you all day long lol

The OP seems to have some really thin skin.

When the opposing player bunt cheeses his way around the bases or holds L2 you better believe I’m watching all my jacks when they come.

Heard his epidermis isn't very thick either.

I think it’s awesome
But Use it, don’t abuse it
-
I’d like the ability to talk to your opponent during the game.

Best part is when you throw a meatball down the middle, which happens like every 3 times in 10 pitches it seems, and they hit a good/okay homerun and they replay it.
Yeah you're such a stud man hitting that ball out, look at the stick skills on you!
When it's their only run as well
-
That's a weird childish flex there. If you hit a massive bomb, maybe the person hitting replay is capturing it as a video to post for fun. Just enjoy the game and not stress about it.

An opponent yesterday messaged me during the game about replaying HRs. But it's allowed and a good way to get feedback for my inputs. Plus it sorta gets in your opponent's head after a while and may sway momentum in your favor. Though perhaps doing it when you're behind in the game may be bad form, it does seem like rubbing it in their face after a bit. Also some people replay HRs when it wasn't even them who hit it, maybe it was a good hit and deserved to be seen a second time, they do that on TV broadcasts.

Why can’t some baseball fans watch their homerun replay? Every game I’ve ever watched where a homer was hit, a replay was shown. Mammo bombs- 2-3 times. Call me old fashioned, but I’d imagine there are several players that like viewing their gameplay as seen on TV. Your complaint about it only makes people do it more because they are clearly swimming laps in your head when they do so. Just my opinion on it

These types of threads always bring out the best in people...I don't watch HR replays, im an adult that has limited time playing, but if you do it to me I am going to try even more to beat you and then watch every HR I hit...until you rage quit
-
I don’t care when my opponent hits replay. It gives me more motivation to obliterate them. It also gives me the okay to replay every one of my homeruns for the rest of the game.

I remember playing a game a month ago...kid hit a homerun first inning, it was almost caught by my LF but he watched the replay...bottom of the inning I hit 3 back to back to back homeruns and watched all three replays, they were no doubters. He rage quits then sends me a message calling me out for watching my replays lol

There's a time and place for everything. I rarely hit the replay and have no problem if someone does it, but like someone said earlier, don't do it on one with okay contact, needs to be good/good, squared or perfect. Junk HR replays are just asinine.
-
I never L2 anyone, unless they do it first. Once they do it then I replay all of my HRs (if I hit any). I also will use my full pause timer at the end of the game. Yea, I am petty, but I am in no rush when gaming and will gladly waste their time if they are douchy.
