Platoon him with Giambi.
I platoon him with McGriff (basically same thing as Giambi but a bit better) and it's deadly.
Plus, if you don't need to switch in game, then he becomes a killer bench bat. Max clutch

I always want to use molitor but he never hits well for me. Something about his swing doesn’t generate good contact for me. Subbed in Miggy instead and he’s doing much better.
